Nicholas Bogosian, owner of Old Window Revival, was first exposed to old America at the age of eight when his family moved to El Dorado, Arkansas.  El Dorado had recently started the “Main Street Program” to revitalize their historic downtown and in 2009 won the Great American Main Street award by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.  Along with having a family that liked saving old homes, these early experiences left a profound impression that would result in a career in the preservation trades years later.

Nicholas trained at the nationally-recognized Building Preservation and Restoration program of Belmont College and later apprenticed with the preservation carpenters of Historic New England, the nation’s premier preservation organization.

In 2018, Nicholas decided to return to his hometown of Houston, founding Old Window Revival and assembling a team - with the mission of bringing a refreshing preservation ethic to a parched city hell bent on replacing and demolishing.  Old Window Revival is deeply proud of being rooted in the greatest city in the country with such a high volume of historic communities and architecture, and we can't wait for you to experience the magic of what we do.

We are part of a much bigger revival happening all over the country where owners of old places are beginning to challenge the sales pitch of window replacement salespeople and the costly (often wasteful) energy retrofits sold by remodeling contractors.
